During the past few days, many homeowners have asked us how the coronavirus is impacting our company and what is going to happen with current and future roofing projects. Through this blog, we will attempt to address all your concerns, being open and transparent, following our core values. Serving the Needs of Roofing Customers keeping your home safe for your families.
As the outbreak has accelerated throughout North America, we have examined our daily practices to ensure the safety of our team members, customers, and any individuals with whom we come into contact. Most of our interactions with customers, partners, and even our team involve little to no contact, including roof inspections, signing contracts, and completing roof replacements or repairs. But as such, we are still taking all the precautions to keep everyone safe by following the CDC’s guidelines. Here is our approach and commitment to our clients, partners, and staff members. When customers do need to interact with one of our team members directly. We will comply with the recommended social distancing practices from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. This includes:
Increased personal hygiene practices, including frequent handwashing and use of antibacterial hand sanitizers.
Use of ‘social distancing,’ including a no-touch policy.
We will remain at least 6′ from the front door unless requested to approach.
Regular disinfection of working environments, including vehicles and tools.
Digital documents signing to prevent personal touch.
Bartlett Roofing is still able to schedule roof inspections, roof replacements, and roof repairs. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic for any changes as well as monitor other cities and counties and obey the local regulation.
We will remain open for business, so please call us to discuss any concerns with a leak, roof replacement, or questions about your particular project.
